MINT JULEP
2 Oz Armagnac 25 Years Old by CYRANO
3/4 Oz sugar syrup
4 whole sprigs mint
3/4 Oz sugar syrup
4 whole sprigs mint
Muddle the mint and syrup into the Julep cup, add some finely crushed ice, and then Cyrano.
Stir well to chill and cover the Julep glass with frost, then add more ice to mound it up in the glass.
Garnish with Mint sprigs dusted with sugar powder.
